Tuesday (01/21): Roatan, Honduras (part 2)

When we arrived back into Mahogany Bay, we headed towards Mahogany Beach. Last week, when we were exploring the beach, we found an interesting restaurant called Hurricane Hole. Here they advertised a Caribbean Jerk Chicken special. We decided to have an early dinner here. We were not disappointed. The Jerk Chicken was grilled on their outdoor BBQ pit. It was a delicious meal and everything tasted home made. Brought back wonderful eating/foodie memories when we spent time in Jamaica with my aunt and uncle.

So? Where are the pictures of our wonderful meal? We took one look/bite of our meal and I totally forgot the foodie picture. That's been happening a lot on this cruise. Stomach takes over the brain. Sorry!

We came back to our cabin to find our cabin steward had left us another cute surprise:

As this was our last port of call for snorkeling activities on this cruise, I spent time cleaning our snorkel gear. I laid all our gear out on the cabin floor to dry.

Hubby's underwater camera has to dry completely before I can retrieve his media card and download all his underwater pictures. I'll do a separate post later on what we saw during our underwater adventures.
