Monday (01/20): Cozumel and Passion Island (part 2)

Before I continue with my Passion Island post, I wanted to include a map to give you an idea of the island's location.  Look at the northern portion of the island of Cozumel.  Do you see Isla de la Pasion?  Do you also see Puerta Maya?  It's the fourth pier/dock on the west coast.  That's how far we traveled by boat:

It was a perfect beach day! We took a snooze on the beach and then went exploring:





They had unique shops on this island. Here's some sink bowls that I wanted to carry back with me:

Check out the lounge chairs! We had a good chuckle at each other. Had a heck of a time getting out these without tipping over!

Did you get enough of the white sand?



The water was too rough to snorkel in. I really didn't think we would find much here. The key feature of this island is definitely the fine white sand beach. Just breath taking!
